Mirrors aren't accurate (if you have an angular face/developed maxilla which most people don't have) it can distort your face. A phone camera 5-6 feet away is more accurate.

Everyone I know irl who had a developed maxilla/angular face (including myself) has his or her face distorted, those who have flat slide profiles don't have their faces as distorted. It sounds retarded I know but you can check it out yourself
