everyday for a week i've been eating the same food to hit all my micronutrients on minimal calories. was hard at the start, but now its just fuel, soon i'll be sub 10% slayer

1500 calories

6 eggs
250grams spinach
150grams mixed mushroom
200 grams mixed berries
500grams 0% greek yogurt (skyr)
2 kiwis
1 banana
80 grams oats
1 scoop protein powder

You should add some meats in there if you have the budget for it

yeah, i thought about adding some ground beef and reduce the skyr, but holy shit is skyr satiating for its calories.

being lean will, and eating whole foods instead of slop makes me consistent

post this in chatgpt and tell it how active you are, how many steps you usually do a day, if you do more intense cardio like swimming and running, and how often you go gym with how many sets you do in a session.

I’ve tried fucking around w gpt countless times it’s retarded I just plug in all that stuff into Cronometer and I’m gonna eat whatever it says my maintenance is for like a month and depending on if I gain or lose weight I’ll tweak my calories until I maintain weight and then add 250 calories for lean bulk

oh yeah cronometer is the goat. Gpt is pretty decent if you actually shower it with relevant information in regards to gueesing your activity level, for fitness advice it's retarded though.
