I need advice.
If I bulk up I’ll get fat quick and get acne aswell but I can probably get pretty big with LGD. Problem is I will probably be around 3PSL but I’ll feel alot better.

Or I could keep cutting but have barely any muscle mass and look kinda bad.
I would probably be 4PSL (still invisible) but depressed about losing all my muscle mass.

What the fuck do I do?
Do you think I can keep the gains from LGD if I bulk up and then cut down again?
Cant do nothing about the face.

if you diet properly yes, but you'll lose fat as long as muscle on a cut as a natural

Yeah I cut my calories way too much this year and lost a ton of gains. Maybe I am destined to look like kyriakos grizzly after all

This is the thing,
I used to be 73kg but after 2 weeks of eating TONS of food I weighed in at 80!!! kgs today.
I’m 181cm, at my biggest I was 88kgs.
I think I could make it to 90-95 with LGD.

why did you get lgd instead of rad140?
rad140 is better alone than lgd

I havnt gotten anything yet,
I have been researching quite a bit and the reason I chose LGD was because there was low chance of hairloss and side effects.
Also multiple people told me I dont need an AI of PCT.
I would rather avoid having to buy that aswell as I am very short on money.
But I dont know much about it.

yes but as I said previously
if you are using only 1 compound it's better to use rad140 than lgd
since rad140 works much better alone than lgd does alone

I understand, but would a PCT or/and AI be needed for RAD? And is there a risk for hairloss?
