We have things so well organized that here never have been any stray cats or any animals if therr were they would be taken to some center to keep them warm until an owner is found + the climate here is so cold that cats wouldn’t have a chance to survive.

I have a Siberian, he's the absolute best. Either that or a Norwegian Forest Cat should be easy to find in Finland.
