Im getting High Uplsliding LeFort I (Alar Base Engagement) + BSSO, not sure if i need ccw or not.

before I get it, im going to book consults with various other surgeons to extract information for what I exactly need to look better, and Ill just relay that information to the surgeon thats performing on me.

When I contacted the surgeon, he said that I dont have to remove my midface implant but the jaw implant would have to be removed, I wonder he can screw it back in tho, if not Ill just see if I can get another custom implant inserted in, I believe he does custom implants as well, so ill just get the chin implant inserted in after the Bimax. I heard chin wings are pretty hard to perform and are a lil more complicated then implants.

I also need to ask if he can perform buccal fat removal, im not sure if he does this tho.

gl bro dr andreischev is pretty good from what i observed from his instagram and what we spoke,pretty helpful he is.

not even talking about his comical prices for work he puts in, its dirt cheap for a top tier surgeon.

im willing to pay a visit to him for a possible double jaw+ maybe ccw rotation and infraorbital implants

I was hoping design the implant to have forward and up rather then project laterally tbh. My current cheek bone implant, one is set high and has a lil lateral projeciton but the other cheek is low set but doesnt have a curve. i was hoping to get this corrected later.


What often separates good looking people from average looking people in the eye area is the forward projection of the cheekbones. Take for example, dan stevens, who actually has relatively weak jaw by hollywood standards, and yet is very good looking to women because of his eye area:

notice the lateral prominence is not notable. What is notable is the support directly under the eye which creates the cushioning effect.

I’ll have all the lateral projection I need after mse. Forward and upward will ascend me hard. That implant picture is just beautiful by the way life is refueled
