i have a overbite and the doctor recommended bsso but my jaw is fine , I’m gonna still get it done but how can I larp so he can give me maxilla and to add more mms to the jaw and the maxilla advancement ?

No just tell them you have breathing issues and they will make the mm increase bigger to better your airway
