i removed my fixed retainer by myself 1 month ago, i think i shouldve left it on front 2 teeth tho, fuck. its already moved this much in just 1 month, at this rate itll be noticeable after few months. ill try soft mewing for slower gains. i got this mark on my palate also so i think my suture, it hasnt closed yet thats why im getting movement but tbh i think its looksmin, ill get few mm of cheekbone but fucking diastema, not worth it. i dont rlly think i need upper expansion that much either, just need to fix cucked lower third

it wasnt mewing, its because u took the retainer so the teeths are returning to their places (or you are touching the teeth with the tongue, whats not good). And i hope ur jutting the jaw in the second image because if not stop this shit u have a maloclusion class 3.

19, ive been mewing 4 yrs, past 2 yrs been hard mewing but with fixed retainer on front 6 teeth. i removed that a month ago then got this
