I'm finally going to fix my fucked up maxilla with Lefort I, double jaw surgery. Class III malloclusion (Underbite). Consultation is in two months.

I picked out a surgeon and everything. Thankfully my parents agree to pay. I'm excited, but man I wish my face grew normally. My maxilla is flat and my jaw/nose is asymmetrical. Imagine growing up your whole life looking subhuman... If my surgeon fucks me up I'm 100% roping.

I made this post to let people know, If you're a recessed and asymmetrical like me, no amount of looksmaxxing will make you look normal. Please save your time and just book a consultation with a good surgeon. I wish I had taken those steps years ago but people gaslight you into thinking you look fine.

I'm aware of this. However, Lefort II and III are extremely dangerous and only offered to disabeledcels. I'll have to compromise with Lefort I, improved symmetry + possibly paranasal implants/filler unfortunately.

I think with your situation (if it's really bad as you say it is) a high cut lefort 1 is kinda like a lefort 2 lite. Ask your consultant if it's possible to get it.

theyre not that dangerous compared to other leforts tbh just most surgeons are lazy cunts 2.5% mortality rate

on a patient who just has a class III it is probably less than 1% since syndromecels have atypical neural and cranial mapping

Lefort II FRACTURES not osteotomies. Lefort is the name given to different types of facial skull fractures

The study is talking about traumatic fractures like through getting kicked in the face by a horse/hit in the head with a hammer or something like that

Never push back your mandible through surgery if you have an underbite. Lefort I = moving upper jaw forward. My mandible is not getting touched since it developed properly. That's usually the case with most underbites.

problem is, my mandible went crooked init

i got condylar hyperplasia due to untreated crossbite, but all of my wisdom teeth and teeth fit in, the jaw just looks crooked im worried a cunting surgeon would try move my mandible back thats what one of the NHS welfare surgeons said theyd do that + lf1

The good thing is that there are def surgeons who can focus solely on your asymmetry. My maxilla is crooked causing my jaw to sit crooked as well, they will fix that. Talk to a cranofacial surgeon about it.
