Im getting MARPE expanders next year, will it make my lips wider?

I have a slightly narrow palate and am gettting MARPE expanders ( I will be sixteen at the time ). My lip width is on the smaller side so will expanding my palate make my lips wider?

Lip width is correlated with intercanine width so idk might do something ig, like if your intercanine width gets bigger
