Im getting my wisdom teeth removed in a week or two, should I remove both sets or just the bottom ones that I need removed?

I will be getting BSSO in January and require my bottom wisdom teeth removed.
They are also irrupted and causing pain as well so I should get them removed asap tbh.

Do you think I should get the top ones removed as well or just the bottom ones?

The reason I think removal of the top ones might be a good idea is there is a slight pain/ache around the area but its not too bad tbh unlike my bottom ones which are alot worse.

Idk tbh, but they need to cut my mandible where my wisdom teeth are so I would assume you would need them removed even if not impacted.

I'll probably get implants post op or smth.
