Im getting nose job

Im 17 yo, the last month I went to the otolaryngologist for an earache, after doing the check-ups he told me that the pain was coming from my nose, he told me that I had a deviated septum and the mucus could not get out, when it got stuck it pushed through my ear causing me pain. He told me that I would have to have a rhino septoplasty, which would restructure the entire septum. The truth is that I am afraid that my nose will look bad, I do not know if I can ask for a nose design, and if so, which one should I ask for?

Depends on your current nose, but you probably will not get much changed cosmetically with public hospital. I would recommend finding blackpill rhino surgeon who would do huge cosmetic changes also solve the septum problem and pay him for the surgery.
