I work in services, so I just ''guard'' the laptop, until an email comes in asking for something (so sometimes an email comes in, I work on it like 10-30 minutes, but then I have a window of 45 - an hour and a half of dead time until a new email comes in)

I have other things to do that are separate that can take an hour - an hour and a half, but with them I'm flexible and can do them whenever I want in a 2-4 day time window
