Unironically not decided yet, gonna determine this on monday together ig. What i know is 2mm posterior impaction and centering of both jaws to fix anterior open bite and severe-mild asymmetry. Everything is sub 10mm aswell.

Surgeon said lefort 1 but making the cut a bit higher to reach more midface projection, i‘d say like 5mm maxilla and 7mm bsso and 3mm genio but not sure at all, there‘s no 3D plan yet gonna have to ask him. He‘s very blackpilled so i trust that he‘s not gonna fuck me

Sure. 2mm posterior impaction suggests clockwise rotation knocking your chin back instead of forward... Probably not ideal if you're recessed? is this what you're wanting?
