Yeah that's rough. Water, exercise, sun and nutrition is key. Don't go cold turkey if it's really bad, just cut it in half at first. L-theanine can help and probably other supplements like magnesium if you struggle with appetite. Ginger and lemon green tea is good to cure a hangover. Turmeric, pepper. There's lots of little hacks that makes it easier. Some discomfort is almost inevitable though I think, especially if you've been drinking for a while.

Hydration is numer one and the easiest to fix. Some sea salt. That's all I got off the top of my mind.
