My acne won’t go away my weight won’t go down.

Idk I guess I’m easily content in life or discouraged. Im pretty upset about my skin not being clear. But I’m more so upset that my face looks puffy with no definition.

Im worried that becoming 15% bf will not change my face or make me look worse.

Like I really can’t get a gf and I feel like the effort I’d have to put in in order to debloat and fix my skin is so much effort that I just don’t have the time or willpower to fix

I wont kms or anything but rn I need to pause and try to fix myself one goal at a time

you're acting like it's some sort of life threatening mission, all you had to do was eat less.

Your right but it’s hard to muster the will.

Its like nofap I’ll go a day without eating and then I’ll eat a salty snack at night

Its probably easier than nofap cause once I go 3 days I’ll be in ketosis and won’t feel neurotic or depressed

Im 22.5% bf I was planning on just fasting but even trying to do that is annoying

this usually happens when people try to lose weight by doing a complete overhaul of their diet, just eat less of the things you're already used to eating, if that doesn't work eat even less.

if you want to change your diet you'll have to to implement small changes one at a time, switching bad foods for good foods, but for weight loss this is mostly irrelevant besides bloating.

Im so upset that I’m bloated which is why I want to lose weight. It seems people have lean faces while being fatter than me

When I was water fasting 5 days straight, It was after the new years because it was apart of my new years resolution. I didn't have any school or work deadline during that time so I had all the time to put into dedication to lose weight.

Something that motivated me ironically was convincing myself that the activity was all superficial but not worthless because then I didn't have much stress on the stakes of the activity but not the mindset that It wasn't going to get me anywhere.

I had an electrolyte imbalance because of my reduction of energy consumption and got light headed multiple times but luckily I was in bed playing gta most of the time anyways. If you ever do a radical fast like me, don't do it while you are also in the process of working or anything that requires too much activity, do it during a holiday period.

I guess it is superficial im losing weight to look better so normies and girls will feel more comfortable having me in their circle and not embarresed having a fat incel.

I wouldn’t change I would be the same me but it would make my life easier
