If I don’t get enough improvement with all these, then I’ll get a transplant

You should get improvement I see a lot of miniaturized hair that can still be recoverable no dead zones

Dut I had a fat shed, over 200 hairs a day, but all over. Slowed down now. Started 3 months ago
