I see. This things can be quite addicting. You may want to get your A1c tested to check your insulin resistance checked. I test mine twice a year and it usually in the 5 to 5.5 range which is normal. Anything above 5.7 though is pre diabetes and above 7 is diabetic.

I know what I do to stay away from food is keep myself occupied. One week because of school and video games I didn't eat for 3 days.
