i've seen tons of opinions (mostly against) bonesmashing saying it's cope. i'm doing a properly controlled experiment on my right hand and bonesmash my knuckles and 1 other bone that isn't covered in much fat / muscle (drop reccomendations) (not anywhere on the skull). i'm still growing and that's why doing it on both hands would be unreliable because my knuckles will probably grow either way as i'm in my early 15s. different bones may react differently to blunt force trauma aswell. i'll keep eating the same diet and stay on the same supplements and take weekly measurements. i'll conclude my results after 6 months / 2 years. i'm yet to properly set up the control variables for the whole experiment
15 mins daily of light smashing (or more?)
bonesmashing might've been made as pure cope and as a joke but maybe there's some benefit or truth behind it
or are there any actual studies ongoing or done on bonesmashing (i can't find any)
or anything debunking bonesmashing
