So, I was talking to a bunch of foids and I got to trading nudes with this one girl
After post nut clarity hit I was like
Man, I thought this would make me happy, a foid complimenting my body and shit, and it did. But it was temporary and shallow
Then I got to thinking, when was I happy? Truly happy? Fulfilled
And I went back to 2023, when I was waking up at 4:30 am, doing runs, meditating, studying, dedicating myself to something
I was truly fulfilled back then
Now im not
So the solution must be for me to go back to that mindset!

And it is what I will and must do!
Starting today I will do ts everyday:
1: Wake up at 5 am (Have time to do shit without my family screaming)
2: Take atleast a 30 sec cold shower (Wake me up in the morning, im not used to waking this early)
3: Meditate for 5 mins (it genuinely helps me with anxiety and shit)
4: Do 10 practice questions for each topic on my upcoming exams (I need to clutch or else I will fail this year
)
5: Run 1km (Ik its little but I have asthma and I literally haven't ever done any form of cardio since 2023, I only do weightlifting)
6: Go to the gym everyday regardless of how I feel (Even if it is to just move light weight around, if I don't go one day I don't go the entire week
)
7: Video editing for 1 hour
(Its cool)
8: Work on my Roblox game for 1 hour (Me and a friend are working on a Roblox game so we can make money and shit
)
(almost forgot to mention but I will delete all social media, im too stuck doomscrolling on tiktok nowadays to do anything productive
)
I will try to post daily updates for y'all
At the end of the year I will give a final verdict if this truly made me happy. If it wasn't doing this shit, I will try doing other shit I did when I was younger!
