That is normal also happens to me sometimes, it can be due to stress or poor nutrition.

pro tip: a good way to know the state of your balding is to check to see if the hairstrands that fall out are getting thinner each cycle (roughly 3-5 months). All your hair strands look like the same thickness so it doesn't look like youre thinning. It's normal to lose a lot of hair strands sometimes, as long as it's not getting progressively thinner, it will grow back

If its due to stress then its not permanent, only miniaturization due to androgens causes permanent hair loss.

I sleep all day and have my diet dialled in but can't reverse the stress induced shitshow that's been the past 3 years for me. I'm doing damage control at this point

Calm down and accept that life has its own plans, some things you can't influence.

Funnily enough you being in such stress will only accelerate the balding process, may as well hop on fin before you hop off the building.

I had god tier hair density exactly a year ago ever since my health started going to shit bit by bit this is happening. Not a single person in my entire extended family started thinning before like 70 and here I am at only 19

i think I'm diffuse thinning the way it looks

not to mention I'm a 5ft 7 gigamanlet with sub 5 face and dravidian phenotype who inherited the worst traits of my parents who were well above average in their primes

my dreams of having a decent life are getting crushed every step of the way

Don't stress too much over it, find why it's happening and try to fix it. Don't think about negative things, you still have a whole life to live. Balding sucks but in the worst case scenario you can get a hair implant, but you can probably fix it without that.

ur not balding bro, i think u have a very indian phenotype of hairloss where we lose some from the side and a little density from the top but never go fully bald for a long time. your hairline looks fine for now, just keep taking fin and try microneedling if u want. since no one in ur family went bald you will be okay too. when i was 17 i was convinced i was gonna be bald in a few years because of BDDincels so i hopped on fin, but now i am 21 with even better hair than at 17

You can manufacture a rope with all that hair and use it for your purpose.

Fin might cause shedding for the first 2-4 months you’re on it don’t overreact

nvm I was being excessively melodramatic. My scalp is extremely dry also hair very long and untamed. Also due to minox drying it out, no wonder its shedding when it wasn't before, also I was basically tugging the scalp too hard to make it fall like that

i hate when non balding cucks try to explain us baldingcels that muhh it isnt that bad blablabl

u do realize that a hauttransplant is useless without cuck medication like fin? and even then u never get ur original hair back, it will always look worse

Call me crazy, but that level of hair shedding is probably not worth killing yourself over tbh tbh

But it’s always an option. I do not recommend kysmaxxing though.

It’s very difficult to actually kill oneself. Would be easier to just fix or hide your hair.
