Well guess what? My employer wants me out. I've been put under review which really means I'm going to be dismissed sooner or later. Bitch line manager started the conversation by saying 'where do you see yourself'?

Fucking foid manager at my work came in changed the workplace culture. I've been working overtime on one of the hardest projects and now thrown under the bus because deadlines not being met. Been working 3.5 years w/o any issues and improved processes given the amateur state of the company when I joined. What do I get in return? Fuck all. One foid manager comes in recently sees me lagging on a project and not working to how she likes it, now I'm under review.

If I don't find another good paying job - with benefits like WFH (unlikely) I'm fucked and won't be able to afford my mortgage after a year. Looks like I'll have to rent my property out and move back in with my parents and rot like most NEETs.

It's the 'soft' skill of getting along with people and being liked - easier as a white foid. The latter soft skills gets more rewarded than the former and you can even shift blame it seems... My advice would be to work toward a life where you don't have to rely on an employer for benefits. For example, work remotely from a country where medical expenses are easily taken care of out of pocket. People relying on their employers for benefits is a form of bondage that most Westerners have come to accept as normal.

Lots of indian born offshore contractors can be difficult when they realise you're Muslim.
And of course the classic boomers hating on young people just becuase.

It's just one of those things like time management that you just gotta practice.

Yeah I'm ethnic. In fact every job I've had I'm usually the only ethnic. If I see any ethnics working in same company they are almost always whitewashed. There's no place in modern professional workplace for people like me.

So much unrealized potential because they would rather hire and promote people they get along with rather than people who actually do the damn work.

The usa yea. I got 380$ after tax , tax is 15% for ue benefits. It can go up to 999$ based on income. I was making 26.25 a hour, close to roughly the hourly median us worker salary .
