I'm going to take Rad.140. Should I take Acutane now, or after I take Rad.140?

I already have acne really light, but I know that Rad. 140 worsens it. I'm going to do a cycle of 10mg per day for 60 days, meaning that at the end I have a chanse to get acne should I take now Acutane now and the acne won't apear? or should take at the end of the cycle?
