Let me know if any fluffybaggies are mogging roidersI will update with what I observe there
When you really think about it. Chad will just go for a walk and stay lean and healthy.
- 96% men (counted)
- Average rating was LTN
- Somehow I was one of the tallest at 6'1.5, there were maybe 2 other guys in the 6'1-6'3 range
- One of the only females, a low MTB with bleach blonde halo, was constantly being checked out by every guy in there. They kept quickly glancing at her in the mirror and were definitely thinking "hope she notices my pump" even though their faces and tight tracksuits ensured she would never look at them
- One of the only other woman was a Chinese girl working out with her Chinese boyfriend. I think most men in there were quite jealous of him
- I would very confidently bet thousands that at least 75% of men in there had not had sex in the last year
- I had one of the best physiques in there even though I'm a casual (although I was gymcelling hard up until last summer)
- Most guys were pale and watery af - very little vascularity was witnessed
If you open your eyes, you realise the gym is a very sad place.
It is simply self harm for the lonely, sexless men of today.
What do you do for your hair? When you really think about it. Chad will just go for a walk and stay lean and healthy.
The gym appeals to those who believe "putting in the hard work", will change their sex lives (or aid in flipping them from non-existent to existent). It's really about face hair and height. But people will cope forever. Even having healthy hair (moisturised/conditioned) and having a nice hairstyle, is more important that height within reason. But no one wants to admit face and hair > height.
People will cope forever. Go outside and it's fluffybaggies with good clothes low stress and nourished hair. Bodybuilding has become mainstream cope. It was cool in 2011-2015. Now it's slavery.
A lot of stuff and I'd say it gave me the biggest boost alongside with losing 75lbs+. I don't think I'll ever post my hair routine because I've posted enough over the year (ie: Retin-A, suncream protocols for skin). What do you do for your hair?
