I'm going to do everything you've failed to do
Yeah you probably are

But it seems like a good diet

I don’t think there will be much difference besides energy levels

Just eat a normal balanced non processed one with good supplements

Autistic diets just don’t work like that

Ray Peat? The peaters promote eating cooked meat with vegetables and high amounts of fructose from orange juice with caffeine from coffee in the morning. JFL they also promote taking dozens of experimental herbs and supplements. JFL at Peaters. The number one Peater Georgei Dinkov is a fat bloated subhuman. JFL at him.

The also promote eating pasteurized dairy like Haagen-Das. JFL at Peaters. Inferior diet with an expensive cost.

The forum became "Low Toxin Forum" or something like that. JFL at that whole movement. Completely fell apart.

Peat literally says to eat unpasteurised, and eat as naturally as possible which means raw meat aswell. He says orange juice is good beacuse it's the least fucked way to get in sugar aka carbs. + his diet doesn't actually exist he basically says try to ear as natural as possible and avoid pufa

His followers veered off the path

I think the foundation of your diet should be the foods humans have eaten for millions of years—nutrient-dense animal-based foods.

From there, you can add whatever doesn't cause you issues. Some people tolerate certain foods while others don't. Some can handle more carbs, others less. Some do well with certain vegetables, others don't. The same goes for dairy—some tolerate it well, others don't.

The best approach is always to stay away from processed foods and junk food. With a base of nutritious whole foods, you can then experiment with the variables. I wouldn't recommend boxing yourself into any specific diet. I even find myself including certain foods depending on the season.
