Bro thank you so much im gonna start tomorrowyo bro im 16, was skinny af like u last year (no gym 2yrs, ribs out, zero taper). here’s the short af version that actually built my V as a teen – wide back/shoulders + kept waist small. no fluff.
eat big (bulk mode)
300-500 cals over maintenance. hit 1g protein/lb bodyweight.
easy: eggs/oats breakfast, chicken/rice lunch, shake + pb snack, beef/pasta dinner, milk before bed. sleep 9hrs. teen hormones do the rest.
train 3x/week – focus V width
full body, 3 sets 8-12 reps, add weight when easy. prioritize these:
• wide grip lat pulldown or pull-ups/assisted (lat width king)
• dumbbell lateral raises (side delts for shoulder pop)
• bent over rows or seated rows (back thickness)
• overhead press (shoulders overall)
• light squats/deads (keep proportions, dont skip legs)
• stomach vacuums daily (suck gut in hard, hold 10-20sec x10 – trains tiny waist)
quick tips
• wide grips > close for lats
• hit side delts heavy, slow reps
• minimal cardio, just walk
• creatine 5g/day if u want cheap edge
• pics every 4 weeks same pose/lighting
• consistency 6+ months = mad change at 15
