Not that bad of a flaw, but the whole point of looksmaxxing is to max out your looks, so if your nasal tip really is big then I would recommend getting surgery. If you have better pictures later, send them to me & ill lyk

Its not always worth to get even if it would slightly improve ur looks
If its a big flaw im going to get rhino but if its very small flaw id rather improve other things
