I really could go to the gym right now, but it would be a complete waste of my time, I just know I'm not gonna do anything there, I'm already sleep deprived, so I geuss all I have to do now is simply say no to garbage food that will danage me throughout the day

You need eat I’m being dead ass or you’ll literally die or it’ll become harder lose weight. I used have an eating disorder it didn’t help with shit but did nothing at all. I just turned yellow and looked sick it wasn’t good look either and you feel numb the whole time you don’t have a well to live. Eating is being human, just eat something that’ll make you full. If you can’t afford expensive food at stores like healthy I recommend going to cheaper stores or church ones. But don’t starve its dumbest thing you can ever do to your own body and when you snap out of it you’ll realize it’s not worth it. Also gym is important or you’ll be stuck with an amount of fat in you and not be fully lean. Also do you take any medicine or is there a reason why you’re sleep deprived?

The reason I can't sleep as of now is just my schedule, I wake up in at night, so the problem is, when I go to sleep, that's the time I have to do the most work, usually I get taken to different places, I have to drive here and there for groceries etc., throw garbage, do this that blahbkah, and then my sleeping room is not my room, it's way too hot there no AC allowed in the day, there's a TV there going always, and in the morning I just have too much to do, therefore, when I sleep I barely sleep because I have to stay up and I literally can't sleep at night, when I close my eyes for hoursss I still can't sleep, it's extremely difficult, and about food

Yeah I will only eat the food that is healthy, I said garbage food, so the type of shit I eat daily which is just chips, coke and maybe ice cream, it's useless, so I'm just gonna eat protein filled foods throughout the day, and I'm gonna skip the gym because it genuinely just demovites me
