I watched a BIMAX surgery video earlier today and I am now struggling with the same cold feet as you but then I remembered ASCENSION OR DEATH 2020.

I am tired of rotting. Surgery will either ascend me or act as an catalyst to propel me forward towards suicide.

You can’t reverse the order.

If you get BSSO done first, you likely won’t ever be able to do MSE afterwards.

So your plan is a good one.

With that starting IMW, you can end up with literally top 0.1 percentile gigachad palate and smile. No buccal corridor (assuming you don’t have extractions).

And if you feel like you’ve expanded to a point you are satisfied and don’t want to do anymore, then you just stop expanding once you reach that amount. IMO, you should expand at least to 52mm IMW and then assess.
