I’m a bit bloated rn, about 63 kg. I’m gonna lean don’t to about 58 kg. I don’t want to bulk or even lean bulk I don’t like eating a lot and also it’s better for my jui jitsu training because even if I lose a little bit of streanghr and slight amount of muscles it’s gonna be easier for me to perform in that weight class because they don’t have a lot of muscles they are pretty skinny, but I have muscles and im stronger, so that would be much easier for me to perform against weaker and smaller guy.
It won’t be harmful for me right? Il lean down and then just maintain that weight. I’m 15, 5’9.
