I'm gonna need some serious advice about lefort

So basically I was born yano good bone structure and all. And cuz I'm a fucking retard I decided mouth breathing looked cool as noone did it. Fast forward 15 years here I am recessed ass mother fucker. Now I have good genes luckily. But fucking hell I screwed myself over. However I plan on orthognathic surgery / bimax + bsso ok. The only issue I have with this is going to be the lefort I need for it. Now we all know how it works, for good looks you need a forward maxillq and a mandible with a good chin. Forget about the chin for now I'm getting a genioplasty so no worries about that and a nose job too. I just need to know which lefort will bring my whole maxilla forward no cope ones like lefort 1 which is just for teeth.

Or a lefort 2 + bsso + genio

Either way its going to be expensive and invasive, and not ideal in any scenario

Well they're not performed at the same time exactly, since superbimax requires u to do IMDO for a while then get a bimax, but here is a superbimax example:

You must ask various surgeons until you find someone who is willing to do it.
There is a video of a lefort 3 procedure.
You should probably watch it, it will keep you away from it.

An overbite qualifies you for a bisagittal split osteotomy, but not necessarily a Lefort.

Let me be complete frank with you - you're NOT getting any Lefort more extreme than a Lefort 1. Leforts 2 and 3 are reserved for congenitally deformed patients and it is vanishingly unlikely that aesthetic concerns of a non-deformed patient would be considered by surgeons as sufficient to warrant such measures.
