Logging at 10-11pm, also any advice is preciated, should I log what I eat too? I’m tryna lose 20-25lbs by june + gymmaxxing

eat meat eggs butter and water.
eat when hungry
hit protein intake, and at least 100g fat a day, 0 carbs
