i’m in a aggressive cut at 16 should i stay at the cut

im doing a aggressive cut 1550 cals a day i wanna go from 35bf to 20bf should i stay at the aggressive cut i been on it for 2 weeks or should i up my calories and do a normal cut

Agressive cuts are worth it if they are gonna last for like 4-6 weeks.
If your estimate on that cut is any longer I'd recommend to look into upping the calories.
