You can do dry jelq, but I personally think with lube is better (I use some baby lube)

5 minutes warm-up (I put my dick inside a cup with warm water)
150 jelqs (I'm working my way up to 240 a day)
20 squeezes (I use normal grip squeezing with the little finger and as I go up I squeeze with the other fingers, I do this because I think it will add more size to the head)
5 minutes warm-down (same as the warm-up)

You can also do BTC stretches (there is a video on thunderplace, just check the links on the bottom of the page) if your dick points up when erect you probably could gain 1cm from BTC
