Today was my first outing in a while and I was super anxious for it but did it anyways. I went shopping for about two hours and was set to meet my grandfather afterwards for a bonding activity but now I got the bus the wrong way becuase I was overhwlemed and couldn’t pay attention well enough. This whole trip has given me anxiety that’s off the charts and honestly put me off doing this in the future. Irregardless of my feelings, I feel awful for my grandfather being left alone like this for almost two hours now after he expected me to collect him for us to spend the day together. Luckily, he loves me and is being understanding but im sure he’s resentful of my poor timekeeping. I feel like a disappointment and can’t handle it
