When ill come back to my vacation ill start working out regurarly again and also trying to fix my bloating by improving my diet and drinking lots of water. I already got a good frame (around 1.4/5 waist to shoulder ratio) and im pretty tall for my age (5"6) so i will be focusing more on shoulders to get a more empowering frame. Im also working on trying to thicken my brows and reduce nose puffiness, so if you got any supplements or methods on how to do it tell me bhai
