call me fat pig or fatty idc but im losing my mind doing only a 24h fast idk why am i doing it but tmrw i need to eat in a restaurant and i know i'll eat shit so im so scared to gain weight that i dont wanna eat nothing today, i just want to lose this belly fat i have and i cant, my maintaince is like 3000kcal a day and max i eat is 1200kcal and still i cant lose weight and its driving me insane
