Hey, but salads are "fattening, right"? ? Its not even low carb. I eat lots of salads, and I'm losing weight. Salads are loaded with eggs and chicken protein and lots of kale. Then I even have ice cream for a dessert but I have NO BREAD of any kinds (including cookies, pancakes etc). I drink large gallon of water and then I have apple cider vinegar with cinnamon before bed. I try to aim for at least 120 grams of protein a day. Losing fat and not muscle. Everything is flowing naturally.
