I bought a truck in Mongolia and I let a transportation and logistics company use my truck
My profits will vary depending on the price of coal at that current moment that the truck departs

Mongolia sells coal to china and they partner with truck owners to ship their coal to china

First of all you have to meet the prerequisites
Know mongolians who speak English(this business only works in Mongolia)
Have a Mongolian visa
And 20k to start with.
Then you buy a truck from Facebook pages like
Screenshot 2022 12 20 09 26 21 547

This.
Then you'd have to sign a partnership contract with a transportation and logistics company(they will handle the transactions from china and they will also send your truck to ship coal)

Chinese people buy Mongolian coal, people like me give their trucks to coal transportation companies to use and we get around 8k-30k depending on the coal prices and truck

The more coal the truck can carry the more money you will make

why don't they just buy their own trucks? i don't understand what value you add to this process that you're getting paid $10k a month for it

they sell coal to china, the war has nothing to do with the export to China therefore it had no effect on my profits. I did this business for a month and made 7k. The profits vastly depend on the coal prices and the size of the truck. Rn the coal price is 228 usd per ton
my truck carries about 20 tons of coal which means one export makes 4.5k. My truck does 2-3 exports a month(usually 2)

they hand the transportation of coal to individual companies with a special license, These companies have literal headquarters and bases with truck fueling stations, toxic waste removal and etc. The government would not want to deal with the hassle of building thousands of headquarters. Trucks are way too expensive since mongolia doesnt manufacture its own trucks and headquarters take almost a year to build depending on the size and also cost millions of dollars to build
The simple answer: The government does not want to deal with the headache of building the headquarters are trucks are way to expensive

It also vastly depends on what youre exporting/transiting. When it comes to coal its only China

How did you get started?
My uncle runs a coal transportation and logistics company, I bought a truck and signed a contract for them to use my truck to transport and export coal. I registered my truck under their company and everything fell into place. I dont really do anything. My uncle's company maintains and refuels my truck they also hired a driver for my truck. It legit passive income

I know dudes making 300k a month because they have a shit ton of trucks

mogs me but why can't the mongolians just buy some of their own trucks or why they pay you so much for shipping
the government delegates these tasks to individual companies because trucks are expensive and you need a shit ton of headquarters to store the coal. they also dont want to maintain the trucks as well since it takes so much work

I don’t understand how Chinese multi millionaires haven’t completely taken over this yet
They already have, the magnates in this business are the Chinese, they have like thousands of trucks. Plus this is how most of chinese people get super rich

Well done OP

Yeah, so why don't they just get their own trucks? They could be making an additional $10k a month per truck. You say they are insanely expensive but you bought one for $20k. These companies that built all this infrastructure - headquarters and bases with truck fueling stations, toxic waste removal and etc. - can't afford $20k for a truck? And they can't get a loan even though they could pay off a truck in 2 months?

I'm not saying you're lying, but it still doesn't make economic sense to me. You're talking about 600% return on your investment per year. It seems like you'd have to be the first person to realize this opportunity existed otherwise it would just be gobbled up immediately. And if it is true, why are you sharing it online and not out getting a loan to buy a fucking fleet of trucks, so you can become a millionaire in a few years.

If u have the money or interest you could theoretically find out how much of this is truth or viable

It's just a very obvious and poor business decision and i don't see any reason for them to not get their own trucks and get a massive % ROI on their investment instead of paying random people for their truck. It makes zero sense and i doubt it's true.

I mean this all might be technically correct.

"The transportation is carried by its own fleet of around 450 double-trailer trucks and supplemented by third-party contractors, to move products from its two operating mines to TKH for further transshipment for export to GM border port in China"

As the bluecel mentions, they will obviously obtain their own fleet. Perhaps if you find a growing company that still does not posses a comfortable level of machinery and the current request has surpassed their capacity.

But why would they choose you with your random truck? They would probably need go exert safety inspections of your truck... that alone seems like too much risk.

Imo OP simply got lucky his family member let him in in his company but this is not remotably doable by anyone else.

why not just give them an iou on the truck payment. then waive salary for first two months. then they can go get the trucks themselves
