Im maybe getting bimax

So i live in a country where its cover by insurance

I have 4 crooked teeth in the bottom

My maxillofacial surgeon said if i aligned my bottom teeth i will be class III and i will need either BSSO or DJS

The pb is that:
1) If i go for BSSO alone it will make my face longer cuz i have downward growth so i need bimax to do a counter clock wise of maybe 10degree to counter the effect of the mandibular advancement

2) If i go for DJS, pushing my maxilla forward will make me look like an ape but i dont know (becausr i already got small philtrum)

What should i do?

Also my palate is narrow even tho i have 8teeth showing (i think 3piece lefort1 could solve it but idknow)

just get a bimax by yourself like ur fillermaxxing
