1. I dont eat carbohydrates (limit them to the best of my abilities atm
2. I eat food as least cooked as possible
3. I eat tons of saturated fat, collagenous cuts, vit A and cholesterol and vit C
Point 1, 2 is preventing AGEs. Glycation makes u wrinkle like a whore. Point 3, all those things are a necessity for skin health. Only form of carbohydrates should be cucumber, tomato and lemon juice. Not in flesh form bc fiber will cause bloat and oxidative stress aging you
