Unfortunately i'm finding out about all this at 18, pretty much done with puberty, but i'd still like to try and improve.
Atm i'm also quite bloated and sleep deprived. I am eating in a 500 calorie deficit at the moment however, and drinking 2+ liters of water a day.
What can i do to actually help myself look better. specially, overall face, stuff like symmetry, bone structure, muscles, what can i do to improve that. What hairstyle should i get, and how can i improve my facial hair. Thank you! also, ofc, please rate me as of now.
