Excessive spinal curvature than what’s normal

If you get it straightened and yours is currently sufficient enough, you could get more. People “grow” anywhere from 0.5”-3”

Not in the Netherlands, I see plenty of 5’10” - 6’3” women on a daily basis. Yes, women. I agree it’s not this bad elsewhere, except for the Balkans maybe, but I don’t think they have women who are 6’0”+ or at least with the same frequency. I’ve been to Germany, Belgium and the men and women were noticeably shorter. I’ve also been to the Middle East and South Asia. Same story. Although there’s lots of tall South Asians too, beyond 6’0” but it’s not the average, plenty of shorter guys too. Tallest relative is around 6’5” and I’ve got a few who are still above 6’0”. We are a mix of different ethnic groups but we identify by our cultural identity.

Pretty much every tall woman I see is with an even taller man. I rarely see a man who is shorter. Only saw it once recently and they had a kid together. And before you ask, yes the man was pushing the stroller.

And face is important too. You need to have both face + height here. In the previous example, the man was LTN and she was LTB.

You should do the best growing the right muscles (as the posture does also come from improper muscle imbalance - where you have some overdeveloped and others underdeveloped)

Then if you want look into surgery, since you’ve been doing it from young your spine likely fused in an unideal way
