I measured myself rn, its 2am at night and im 186cm!!!!!! 6ft fucking one!!! Maybe im 6'2 in the morning. Anyway, its just a number but when i look at that marker... i thought that top of my head is taller, even before measureing myself. I was estimating my actuall height to be propably around 190-193 while looking at that wardrobe, estimating my eyelevel a little higher. Fuck. First bideltoid, i thought that i was wider, now height...

Your real height is in the afternoon or just before (11 am). That’s when spinal compression due to gravity isn’t a major factor in your height but spinal decompression due to laying down in your bed for multiple hours is gone

People with massive frames look big in tshirts. Wham i mean by frame is not just shoulder to waist. I mean whole frame size. I have thin bones, small arms feet etc. Im overall small guy. I rather have weaker ratios but bigger frame with thicker bones bigger hands/feet, overall bigger frame.
