my height is 180 cm and my normal weight with 13-15 % bodyfat is around 88 to 93 kg


i destroyed my coca cola addiction which i cant believe myself i could do . im almost free of junk food addiction


my diet to lost weight before jan 1 consists of only eating fruit such as mandarines , having a little bit of cake with milk and some oatmeal if im really hungry


+ im either jogging 10km a day or having a bicycle trip to the next town ( 100km a day)

hopefuly i will be lean as fuck very soon

i tried carnivore diet and meat + fruit diet and i can tell you guys, its not that good. i wasnt too excited about the meals so i failed them both
and veganism straight up ruins my gut

Bruh just get Coke Zero it’s like 1 calorie for the whole bottle.

idk ur gonna have to eat if u do cardio otherwise you’ll be low energy and non NT. Don’t eat if u just LDAR for the day, otherwise u can eat

Cut the cake out completely. It’ll just make u binge one day. Also have bananas, they help with debloat too
