How in the fuck can I go through a work week burning more calories than i consume which is me eating like 3 meals a day to getting a day off of work and eating a whole pizza to myself. My appetite is so bipolar I feel like, sometimes I eat food even when I'm full, only because I'm bored. What kind of fatass shit is this. Fixing to buy some reta for the hell of it and experiment with it, and see if it really does take a toll on my appetite.
