I have skin and hair routines, I’m well-groomed and I’m losing weight. None of these things have brought me any closer to ascending though because of my bones. I’m still stuck around PSL 3. I can’t afford surgery and no amount of it would take me into the PSL 5 range which I need for life to be worth living. I don’t know what to do now
