I’m starving my self three days a week and eating the bare minimum and doing sports and gym but not losing weight . And btw I’m not fat I’m skinny asf but I just need to lose some more couple of kgs

I don't know your current information exactly, but,
In my process of losing 70kg from 100kg, I had some intervals where I stayed too long
For example, despite creating a calorie deficit, my weight remained the same at 82kg for 1 week. I think the body's metabolism may slow down at certain intervals, which prevents weight loss
Try something that will speed up your metabolism

Quit what you are doing and start doing a martial art like wrestling, brazilian jiu jitsu, judo, etc

If you like it train 5-6 days a week and you will shred fat while having fun and learning how to fight, don’t be a retard and stunt your growth, you only have one time to grow in your life and it stays forever, just eat goyslop do sport and sleep. Don’t be a retard.

I am in my post acne era so I need my face to be clean 24/7 and I can’t let people touch my face or it will get back (the acne) and martial arts are the n1 thing that cause acne

But you only get acne if the sweat dries on your skin, so if you just keep on sweating until you get home the sweat won’t dry, plus sweating is a sign of fat burn.

do a couple refeed days then. Are you monitoring your calories? How much calories are u eating a day

My acne is genetics so i have to get my face cleaned often wrestling is not for me my I do 300 jump ropes a day every day and walking 13 k steps a day at least

i got almost the same issue. i eat 3 shawarmas in 1 sitting every day and some pasta in the morning and cant gain weight:feelsuhh:

I’m not sweating while jumping beacuse I’m doing it 50 jump each time and then I go to a place cold to rest and walking never make me sweat
