im not tracking calories but im 100% sure im eating significantly less than previously
most days im eating 1 meal sometimes 2

Your metabolism is cooked and eating less isn't gonna fix that. Meanwhile, I eat a pound of sweets in one sitting and all the sugar goes straight into my muscle glycogen stores while I continue to lose fat effortlessly.

Yeah but your calorie expenditure can vary greatly, depending on your overall metabolic health. Excessive restriction only addresses the "in" part of the equation. This is coming from someone who has literally cut his body weight in half wothout starving. Getting/staying lean is supposed to be effortless, not torture.
