im sorry if you think so but my muscles look this way becouse of geneticsi can do 30 pushups and 4 pull ups i have strength meaning i do workout and my bodyfat isn't high it just looks that way

4 sets of 12 pull-ups with additional weight 13kg
3 sets of 12 undergrip pull-ups with 13kg

And I’m not even swole
