this is crazy, i havent exercised a day in my life and when they post their "progress" im still somehow built better. how are you going to the gym and still fat as fuck dude

most use a horrible training volume
so much so that the ideal volume (low) gives better and faster results, without needing Bulking to have muscles
But ur laziness in training probably made u not know this. I hope I helped u

unathletic beginners with bad genetics ofc will still look bad even after a couple months of gymcelling but after some more time and with consistency they will be better than if they remained sedentary

it catches up later. right now, your metabolism is jackhammering because of development. once this procedure is completed, it slows down. if your habit is eating shit all day, that catches up with you. by 30, you'll be that fat fuck fishing for JBs on suspicious apps. ofc, you'll get busted and shamed to everyone you know. what happens then, well...
